Life, the act of living, is good. Breathing in air and feeling the sun. Laughing over nothing and running until you can’t breathe. Having your hair played in and playing Monopoly. Accidentally swallowing the water in the Pacific. Dancing when you know you aren’t talented. Singing when you aren’t quite sure. Little things are so good. Life is comprised of little things.

"But sometimes we get sad about things and we don’t like to tell other people that we are sad about them. We like to keep it a secret. Or sometimes we are sad but we don’t really know we are sad. So we say we aren’t sad. But really we are."
- Mark Haddon, The Curious Incident of the Dog In the Night-Time (via elauxe)
